We are seeking a proactive and hungry Associate Technical Recruiter to join our internal talent team. You will not be making coffees or doing basic admin; you will be on the front lines of our growth, helping us find, interview, and hire the elite ‘black belt’ technologists who build our mission-critical systems.

This is an apprenticeship in elite talent acquisition. You will be mentored directly by industry experts, learning exactly how to identify, screen, and close top-tier talent across highly complex domains—including Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Cloud Architecture, and DevOps. If you have the drive to master the art of technical recruitment, we will give you the platform and the knowledge to get there.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Actively read, review, and scan CVs to identify high-calibre technical talent. You will learn to spot the hidden signals of top-tier engineers that others miss.
• 1st Round Interviews: Conduct initial screening calls and 1st round interviews. You will be trained on exactly how to qualify and assess candidates across a variety of complex disciplines (Engineers, Data Specialists, AI Engineers, Architects, and DevOps).
• Candidate Experience: Manage candidates through our pipeline with urgency, transparency, and care, ensuring every interaction reflects our premium brand.
• Closing & Onboarding: Play a critical role in the final stages of the hiring lifecycle. You will help construct offers, confidently close out roles, and seamlessly onboard new people into our engineering squads.
• Market Mapping & Continuous Learning: Continuously learn about new technology stacks, industry trends, and competitor movements to build robust talent pools for future demand.
