About this Position

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll play an important hands-on role in supporting PFD's growing supplier advertising, trade marketing and customer communication programs. This role will help bring campaigns to life across digital channels, supporting activity that creates value for suppliers, improves customer engagement and contributes to commercial growth.

You'll work closely with Digital, Merchandise, Sales and supplier partners to coordinate campaign activity, manage creative assets, support customer communications, maintain campaign trackers and assist with reporting. The role will also provide exposure to industry-leading marketing and analytics platforms, including Salesforce, GA4, Qualtrics and Monday.com.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is organised, curious and keen to learn how digital marketing, trade marketing, customer data and supplier-funded media come together to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier advertising bookings, campaign schedules and delivery milestones.
• Support campaign calendars, deliverables and status updates to ensure activity is delivered on time.
• Manage supplier creative assets, approvals and campaign readiness.
• Assist with campaign execution across digital marketing channels.
• Prepare supplier campaign reports and performance summaries.
• Draft supplier communications and support campaign administration.
• Support customer marketing campaigns and trade marketing programs.
• Assist with audience segmentation and customer journey communications.
• Draft, edit and publish marketing content across email, web and digital channels.
• Maintain campaign assets, templates and marketing collateral.
• Complete campaign QA and testing before launch.
• Produce weekly and monthly campaign reporting.
• Maintain campaign documentation, trackers and governance records.
• Support continuous improvement of marketing processes and ways of working.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfort working with data, reporting and Excel.
• Strong written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Bonus points:

• Experience with CRM, CMS, marketing automation or analytics platforms.
• Exposure to Salesforce, GA4, Qualtrics or Monday.com.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, digital content or reporting.
