Pharmacy assistant Full Time/Part time

We are looking for friendly, reliable and motivated Pharmacy Assistants to join our team at Upwey Amcal Pharmacy. We have opportunities available for both full-time and part-time team members.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy and providing excellent service to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• Assisting customers with pharmacy and retail products

• Processing sales and operating the point-of-sale system

• Receiving, unpacking and putting away stock

• Stock control, ordering and maintaining stock levels

• Merchandising and maintaining pharmacy displays

• Checking and rotating stock and monitoring expiry dates

• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming pharmacy

• Assisting pharmacists and other team members with general pharmacy duties

We are looking for someone who is:

• Available for either full-time or part-time work

Previous community pharmacy or retail experience is preferred, but not essential. Training can be provided to the right candidate.

Experience with pharmacy products, S2/S3 medicines or pharmacy point-of-sale systems will be highly regarded.
