Role Type: Sessional (Casual)
Remuneration: Starting at $ 91.42 per hour (depending on qualifications)
The Opportunity:
The AMEP Sessional Teacher delivers high-quality English language training to adult migrants and refugees through the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP). The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and supporting learners to achieve their language, employment, further study, and community participation goals. The teacher works collaboratively with colleagues to provide a positive, inclusive, and learner-centred environment while ensuring compliance with AMEP and organisational requirements.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting migrant learners to build confidence, improve their English, and achieve their goals. You are empathetic, patient, and committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where students feel supported to succeed.
You will:
You'll join a supportive team of passionate educators, with ongoing guidance and mentoring to help you make a meaningful difference in the lives of migrant learners.
