Detailed Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects and managed services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, client engagement, delivery governance, financial management, resource planning, and team leadership. The Delivery Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and customer satisfaction expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery ManagementOwn end-to-end project and program delivery.Ensure delivery commitments are met in terms of scope, quality, schedule, and cost.Establish and monitor project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and operational efficiency.Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.Build strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.Conduct regular governance meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.Manage customer expectations and proactively address concerns.Financial ManagementManage project budgets, revenue, profitability, and cost optimization.Track resource utilization, forecasting, and financial performance.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).Identify opportunities for revenue growth and account expansion.Resource & Team ManagementPlan and allocate resources across projects effectively.Lead and mentor project managers, technical leads, and team members.Drive employee engagement, career development, and performance management.Support hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives.Risk & Quality ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational processes.Monitor project health through KPIs, metrics, and governance reviews.Drive corrective and preventive actions when required.Program GovernanceEstablish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.Ensure adherence to organizational policies, security, and compliance requirements.Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting dashboards.
