In this role, you won’t just be supporting our Dentists and Oral Health Therapists —you’ll be an essential part of creating exceptional patient experiences and helping people feel confident in their smiles every day.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and sterilising dental equipment and instruments

• Assisting dentists during procedures by passing instruments and materials

• Performing basic dental tasks such as taking impressions, applying topical anaesthetics, and placing temporary fillings

• Ensuring the dental treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for the next patient

• Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records

• Providing high-quality customer service and addressing patient queries and concerns

What we're looking for

• Ideal minimum 12 months of experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting. Not essential, all levels of experience will be considered.

• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification although not essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and the dental team

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in using dental software and technology

• A caring and compassionate attitude towards patient care

• Occasional Saturday availability
