The opportunityWe are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Perth office. We have a friendly team culture, and our administrative support team is at the core of our success. Day to day, you'd be busy with:assisting Partners and other legal staffopening and closing filesusing various court filing systemsreportingpreparation of correspondence, contracts and other documentsevent planningmonthly billing using our file management system, Aderantdiary management, liaising with clients and other general administration
Ideally, you'll haveexperience with administrative support to Partners/Executives within professional servicesexcellent attention to detailexcellence in stakeholder managementstrategic and critical thinking capability"can do" attitude
