About the Role

As a Senior Installation & Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Solahart's range of solar hot water systems in the Rockingham catchment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service while representing the Solahart Rockingham brand

• Installing and commissioning solar hot water systems including heat pumps and split systems

• Diagnosing and rectifying product faults efficiently and professionally

• Ensuring all installations comply with manufacturer specifications, Australian Standards, and relevant regulations

• Maintaining current product knowledge through ongoing training and development

• Adhering to workplace health and safety requirements while promoting a strong safety culture

• Completing job documentation and communications using electronic devices and software systems

About You

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification in Plumbing

• Current WA Driver's License

• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills

• Confidence using electronic communication and job management systems

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Restricted Electrical License

• Working at Heights certification

• Construction Industry White Card

• Experience with solar hot water, heat pumps

Highly Desirable

• Plumbing Contractors License
