And it’s definitely not for someonewho just scrollswithout understanding what actually stops people in their tracks.

At 4WD Supacentre, home of Adventure Kings, we’re building Australia’s biggest and most active outdoor content community. To keep leading the pack, we need a fast-moving, highly creative Social Media Producer who knows how to spot trends, build an unstoppable community, and turn 4WDing,camping, and off-gridpassion into high-converting, viral content across every major feed.

You won’t just be a “page admin.” You’ll be:

• The heartbeat of our digitalcommunity across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
• The creative engine turning productlaunches, track trips, customer builds,and outdoor banter into scroll-stopping social content.
• The trend authoritywho understands algorithmshifts and knows how to jump on viral moments before they pass.

What You’ll ActuallyBe Doing

Content Strategy& Creation

• Plan and executethe daily contentcalendar across TikTok,Instagram (Reels &Stories), Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Present on cameraacross educational/product content,price/deal-based video ads, and live on-the-ground event coverage.
• Work closely with our video production and presenter teams to capture,edit, and publish high-energy short-form video on the fly.
• Turn user-generated content(UGC), customer trip photos, and real-world 12V/camping setups into authentic social proof.
• Write punchy, relatable, Aussie-toned captions that read like a mate giving solidadvice – not a corporate pitch.

Growth, Analytics & Trends

• Track engagement rates, audience growth,reach, and social-driven web traffic to refine what works.
• Continuouslytest new formats,hooks, audio, and posting strategies to beat platform algorithms.
• Keep an eye on competitor moves and digitaltrends to ensure our brands remain ahead of the curve.

What We’re LookingFor

You must have:

• 3+ years of experience managingsocial channels for a fast-paced retail brand, agency, or digital media output.
• Strong short-form videoediting skills (CapCutpreferable)
• Proven track recordof growing organicreach, views, and engagement acrossTikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
• Confidenceto get in-front of the camera to produce videos.
• Solid understanding of social analytics, social SEO, and digital audiencebehaviour.

You’ll stand out if you have:

• A genuinepassion for 4WDing,camping, touring, or the Aussieoutdoor lifestyle.
• Experience in fast-turnaround retail,e-commerce, or high-volume product publishing.
