Customer Service Representative

Cenvet is a leading distributor of animal health and pet care products to the veterinary industry. We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time (Monday to Friday) Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team located in Malaga (WA).

Responsibilities / about the role:

• Processing customer telephone orders;

• Answering inbound customer calls relating to product queries;

• Calling customers to build strong relationships and increase sales potential;

• Provide adhoc admin support to the sales team.

About you:

• Previous vet nursing, veterinary industry or pet experience preferred but not essential;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Confident computer skills, including Advanced Excel;

• Conflict resolution capabilities;

• Motivation, be driven to meet deadlines;

• Customer focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
