Our 120 bed, aged care in the vibrant regional centre of Ballarat, Mount Clear offers a modern, warm and welcoming environment. With heritage streetscapes, treed boulevards and historic parks, Mount Clear is Estia Health's newest residential home.

About The Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact-driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.

Desired Skills And Experience

Bachelor of Nursing or Business - preferred Minimum at least 5 years' experience in a management role. Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team ideally in an aged care setting,
