The Role 

Working closely with the Directors and Project Managers, you'll support the delivery of projects from feasibility through to completion while building your technical, commercial and client management skills. 

You'll gain hands-on experience across every phase of project delivery, with increasing responsibility as your experience grows. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Assist with project delivery from feasibility through to handover 

• Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders 

• Attend client, design and site meetings 

• Support procurement and contract administration 

• Assist with programme, budget and risk management 

• Coordinate project documentation and approvals 

• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress 

• Prepare client reports and meeting minutes 

• Support project handovers and defect management 

About You 

You'll ideally have: 

• 1-3+ years' experience in client-side project management, construction, consultancy or project coordination 

• A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline 

• White Card 

• Strong communication and organisational skills 

• A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn 

• Excellent attention to detail 

• A passion for construction, development and project delivery
