Highreach Forklift Driver

MORE Consulting is currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse based at Moorabbin.

7am - 3pm Monday - Friday

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is eager to be part of a supportive team. While high reach experience is important, we're placing an even greater emphasis on finding someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and willing to contribute wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently

• Put away and replenish stock within warehouse racking

• Pick and stage orders for dispatch

• Load and unload trucks as required

• Complete stock movements and inventory transfers

• Assist with general warehouse duties when required

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• Proven experience operating high reach forklifts

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic – this is essential

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to turning up every day

• Strong awareness of workplace safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to assist with general warehouse duties when needed

• Good communication skills

• Full working rights in Australia
