About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Dispensary Technician to join our South Melbourne team and help ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of prescriptions to patients. This is a key operational role supporting the full journey from script to shipment — working closely with our pharmacists and patient care team to create a seamless experience where patients feel confident, cared for, and supported at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and accurately input patient medical data

• Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders with care and precision

• Support pharmacists with stock control, compliance checks, and administration

• Provide friendly, timely patient support by phone, email, and online

• Liaise with suppliers and external partners as needed

• Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory requirements at all times

About You

• Experience in a dispensary, pharmacy, or customer support setting

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with a genuine attention to detail

• Confidence with digital systems and inventory platforms

• A high level of accuracy, reliability, and accountability

• Curiosity about medicinal cannabis and progressive, patient-first healthcare
