As our New Car Sales Manager, you will:
Lead, mentor and motivate a dynamic sales team
Drive monthly sales targets and maximise profitability
Manage stock levels and model mix to suit market demand
Deliver exceptional customer experience across the entire sales journey
Implement strong sales processes and performance tracking
Work closely with senior management to execute growth strategies
✅ What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a New Car Sales Manager (automotive experience is a must)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a team
A results-driven mindset with a hunger to exceed targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Passion for EVs and the future of automotive
