ASPIRE FIRE Protection is a Sydney based, leading fire safety company that specialises in installation and maintenance of all fire protection systems and measures. Our team of experienced technicians is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of fire compliance for our clients. By prioritising quality, safety and reliability, we have established a respected reputation within the fire service industry.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-time OPERATIONS COORDINATOR to join our growing team in the Northern Beaches. Competitive salary negotiable depending on the experience and qualifications.
WFH POSSIBILITY
Job tasks and responsibilities
Tasks include but not limited to:
Service and repair bookings with strata/building manager/tenants
Scheduling technicians
Handling technicians job sheets
Quoting and invoicing
Day-to-day admin in cooperation with the service coordination team and technicians
Skills and experience
What we are expecting from the right candidate:
Experience in the fire protection industry
Experience using UPTICK
Team player
Professional, well presented & honest
Highly motivated & driven with close attention to detail
Ability to complete given tasks within agreed timeframe
