Part-Time Content Creator & Digital Marketing Assistant

Location: St Marys, NSW (Hybrid – Warehouse & Work From Home)
Hours: Part-Time (Flexible – Approximately 18–24 hours per week)

We are a rapidly growing Australian company specialising in food products, packaging and party hire solutions. As our brands continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative individual to help showcase our products through engaging, high-quality content across multiple digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys photography, videography, social media and creating engaging content while working with a growing Australian business.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and creative Content Creator & Digital Marketing Assistant to produce engaging content for our brands.

You’ll work closely with our existing Social Media Manager (Remote) by creating the content required for publishing across our social media channels and websites.

This is a hybrid position where you’ll attend our warehouse or event sites to capture content when required, with the flexibility to work remotely while editing content, creating graphics and completing other marketing tasks.

Working hours are flexible. As long as deadlines are met and required content is delivered, you’ll have flexibility in how your weekly hours are worked.

Your Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and other platforms.
• Capture high-quality product photography.
• Attend our warehouse and event sites to photograph and film products, staff and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit videos using CapCut (or similar software).
• Create Canva graphics where required.
• Edit and optimise product images for our Shopify websites.
• Assist with website banners, promotional graphics and marketing materials.
• Organise and maintain an organised content library for our marketing team.
• Occasionally appear on camera to demonstrate products and create promotional videos.
• Work alongside our Social Media Manager to ensure content aligns with upcoming campaigns and promotions.

Monthly KPIs

• Produce 10 high-quality Reels.
• Create 10 Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest posts.
• Capture and edit 30+ product images each week.
• Attend the warehouse or event sites as required to gather content.
• Deliver organised, edited content ready for publishing by agreed deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for photography, videography and content creation.
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• Strong eye for detail, branding and creativity.
• Experience using Canva.
• Experience using CapCut or similar video editing software.
• Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Shopify experience is advantageous but not essential.

Equipment

Ideally, you’ll have:

• A modern smartphone capable of filming high-quality video.
• A camera (preferred but not essential)
• A basic understanding of lighting and audio.

• Any additional software or equipment required to perform the role effectively.

Hours & Pay

• Part-Time position.
• Approximately 18–24 hours per week.
• Typically 3 days per week, however hours and days are flexible depending on business requirements.
• Some weeks may involve additional time attending the warehouse, customer sites or events across Sydney, while others may be completed predominantly from home.
• Hybrid position (Warehouse & Remote).
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Important

We’re looking for someone who creates authentic, real-world content.

Most of our content should be based around our actual products, warehouse, production, customers and events. While AI tools can be used to improve productivity or assist with editing and design, our focus is on creating genuine content that showcases our business and products.
