Jewellery Retail Sales

Temple and Grace jewellers is one of Australia's leading jewellery store. With presence in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, we are now expanding our team in Adelaide CBD. We are therefore looking for self-motivated individuals with prior Jewellery Sales experience only to join the team. The ideal candidate will be working at the Adelaide CBD jewellery boutique and must hence have a passion for exceeding client expectations. If you would like to experience the feeling of brand-ownership and make an impact without wearing a name badge and uniform, then perhaps this opportunity is for you. 

We currently have openings for full-time & part-time positions. We're a busy appointment based jewellery boutique, but we can be flexible with the days/hours you work for. An attractive salary package and flexible working hours will be provided to those who have good knowledge of jewellery (specially engagement and wedding rings).

Our clients visit us after making bookings on our website. So, we're looking for someone who can work 3 to 5 days a week. Honestly, working with us will make you feel like you are running your own jewellery business. And because we're an appointment-based jewellery boutique, you will NOT need to stand for long hours like you need to do at a typical high-street retail store. Full-time salary will range from $75,000 to $90,000 per annum (depending on your experience and hours/week available). Part-time salary will be based on the above full-time salary, again depending on your experience and hours/week available. 

THE INDIVIDUAL

You should be able to show that you can thrive as part of an intimate team. You should be self-driven and possess a strong level of enthusiasm. Encountering discerning clients, you should be capable of reaching and exceeding their expectations through sophisticated presentation, outstanding communication and organisational skills.

Excellent in-house training will be provided, with an opportunity for on-going jewellery education to expand your knowledge and expertise in this exciting industry.
