AI Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a deep understanding of Gen AI technologies and their applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI technologies.Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved performance and scalability.Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in AI/ML engineering.Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of technical documentation.Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies and frameworks.Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.Experience with machine learning libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.Preferred Skills Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.Experience in working with large datasets and data preprocessing.Knowledge of MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI., LLM, RAG and Agentic AI
