About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

In This Role, You Will

Conduct behavioural support assessmentsDevelop high-quality Behaviour Support PlansDeliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventionsProvide support in clinic, home, community and school environmentsWork with children, adolescents and adults with complex support needsCollaborate with families, carers, support coordinators and other stakeholdersContribute to meaningful outcomes that improve quality of life and community participation

About You

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (proficient level or above)Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworksExperience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support PlansExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary teamA calm, patient and solution-focused approachA genuine passion for supporting people with disability and their families
