Property Manager (Full-Time or Part Time Negotiable)

We are a small friendly boutique real estate company based in Victoria Park specializing in residential leasing and property management.

We are seeking a career focused Property Manager who is committed to a successful career in Real Estate. We're looking for someone who is passionate, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and works well within the team environment

The Position

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our boutique office located Victoria park. You will be a key member of the team, working closely with our Licensee and all Staff assisting and supporting in all aspects of property management.

No Weekend or After-Hours work.

Full time preferred but flexible working hours could be possible, 25-38hrs per week

Job Responsibilities will include:

· Providing exceptional ongoing service and communication to our property owners, tenants, and contractors

· Scheduling and conducting routine inspections.

· Final bond inspections with assistance

· Assisting with maintenance and repairs

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have the following:

· A genuine interest in property management and desire for a long-term career in the industry

· Minimum One Year's experience in the Real Estate industry preferred (E.g Administrators or Assistant PMs)

· Experience with Property Tree and Inspection Manager

· Property Tree software experience is essential as training is not available for this role

· Current Property Management Registration or Sales Registration

· Excellent computer skills and high attention to detail

· Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously.

· Positive and helpful manner

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
