Mine Geology Sampler

As a Geology Sampler you will be part of a passionate team working a lifestyle DIDO roster, 8:6 days. This permanent entry level opportunity will report to the Senior Geologist and be a vital member of the Mining Geology Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential.

• Actively maintain knowledge of site Standards and Procedures and other documents.

• Ensure good housekeeping standards are always maintained

• Demonstrate open communication in all safety and health matters.

• Ensure quality samples are collected according to company procedures and notify supervisor of issues immediately.

• Minimise production delays through good forward planning and communication.

• Undertake other tasks as and when required

ABOUT YOU

• Entry-level role with training provided.

• Punctual and reliable with a willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in outdoor environments performing physically demanding tasks.

• Works well in a team environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.

• Current manual Drivers Licence desired but not essential
