What You'll Be Doing
* Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
* Provide financial insights to support commercial decision-making
* Monitor cost centre performance and identify improvement opportunities
* Partner with operational teams to achieve financial objectives
* Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
* Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures

What We're Looking For
* Relevant finance qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
* 3+ years' experience in commercial finance or management accounting
* Strong analytical capability with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
* Background in manufacturing, operations, or similar industries (desirable)
