Lead a global payroll function | Hybrid working | Drive process improvement

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a high-performing payroll team based in Perth. You'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll delivery, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, mentor a dedicated team, and play a key role in driving systems and process improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a team of Payroll Officers.
• Managing end-to-end payroll across multiple countries.
• Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
• Overseeing payroll reporting, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
• Driving payroll systems enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Acting as the go-to expert on all payroll-related matters.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in a Payroll Manager role.
• Strong experience managing multi-jurisdictional payrolls.
• Excellent knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, and payroll legislation.
• A collaborative leadership style with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for improving systems, processes, and team capability.
