Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for our next Conference & Events Attendant to join our fun and exciting team. As a C&E attendant, you will be front line for all our guests wants and needs to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You will be looking after all types of events, from corporate functions to weddings and birthday celebrations. This is a Casual position and will require flexibility within your availability. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Point of contact for all guest enquiriesAssist the C+E Supervisor in ensuring a smooth running of all eventsAssist with pack up and set up of all eventsEnsure tables are set up to high standardMakes coffees using the Barista cart Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentationLead, mentor and train new staffRunning of food and beveragesClean up after guests and ensure a clean working environment

Qualifications

Victorian RSA

Barista experience

Previous experience in a Hotel desirable

Ability to work evenings, weekends & public holidays

Great communication skills
