The Client Services Manager is responsible for the effective management and delivery of cleaning operations across allocated client sites. The role ensures service excellence, contractual compliance, client satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency through strong leadership, communication, and proactive management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple client sites, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and company standards.
• Supervise, support, and develop cleaning teams, including recruitment assistance, staff onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate and deliver site inductions, company inductions, toolbox meetings, and ongoing skills development programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and performance reviews to maintain high cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and respond effectively to service requests, feedback, and operational issues.
• Manage staff rostering, attendance, leave requests, performance concerns, and disciplinary matters in consultation with Human Resources.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), environmental requirements, company policies, and client procedures, including timely reporting of incidents, hazards, and corrective actions.
• Monitor site equipment, cleaning chemicals, consumables, and stock levels; coordinate ordering, delivery, and availability of required resources to support site operations.
• Ensure that all operational documentation, compliance records, inspection reports, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
• Support new site mobilisation, contract implementation, process improvements, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and business growth.

 Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in a Client Services Manager, Operations Supervisor, Site Manager, or similar management role within the commercial cleaning or facilities services industry.
• Proven experience managing cleaning teams, conducting training, and supporting staff development.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Strong computer literacy skills, including experience with reporting systems and documentation management.
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high standards of customer service in a fast-paced operational environment.
