Assistant Jewellery Sales Manager / Jewellery Sales Manager (Sydney)

How You Will Do It:-Assist to manage the operation of the Department-Build up strong customer relationship-Drives sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity-Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution-Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations-Responsible for managing the operation of the department, the flow of goods and improving the efficiency of employees-Prepare sales and retail-related reports
What we look for:-With at least 8 years solid working experience in retail industry preferably with 4 years in jewellry or management-Strong communication and customer service skill-Good communication and written skills on both English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin-Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability-Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target and high sense of responsibility-Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster-Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices
**Candidates with more solid & relevant working experience and management in jewellery retail industry will be considered for the post of Jewellery Sales Manager**
