Pemco Agencies is a leading wholesaler and distributor of quality organic, natural, specialty foods and eco-friendly products in Western Australia, incorporating a state-wide customer base of independent supermarket, fresh provision outlets, health food and cafes. We represent many well known leading brands such as Barilla, Funday, BSc, Tonys Chocolonely, Ecostore, Muscle Nation and Thank You.

Key aspects of the role will include answering phones, customer liaison, managing a busy email inbox, coordinating customer orders, sales invoicing, credits, payments, logistics and general administration duties, in addition to contributing to the day to day running of the administration team.

We are seeking a highly valued team member who will play a key role in connecting and supporting collaboration across departments. This position will suit a motivated and people-focused individual who thrives in a central, highly interactive role within the business. As one of the most important and respected positions in our team, you will be a key point of connection across the organisation. Ideally, you will have some office and/or customer liaison experience and demonstrate a proactive, organised approach..
