Permanency Support Program (PSP) Case Manager

As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in within our Permanency Support Program (PSP) Team in assessing client needs, developing personalised care plans, and coordinating services to support their journey toward stability and well-being. Your expertise will guide individuals and families through challenging times, providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $46.70 to $50.25 per hour (depending on experience)
• Hours per Week: 38
• Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

What you bring to the role

• • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Welfare, Behavioural or Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines.
  • Proven experience in case management, with a focus on Out of Home Care (OOHC) and permanency planning.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check (NCHRC).
