McGregor Coxall is a practice built on the reputation of our rigorous design thinking and nature based solutions. We’ve helped shape some of Sydney’s most iconic projects, putting a systems thinking and Biourbanist lens on everything we do, to ensure every project delivers a net positive impact for people and planet.

We’re looking for an ambitious, design focused Senior Landscape Architect to join the Sydney team. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

About you

• Minimum 6 years post qualification experience in landscape architecture, with at least 2 years at Landscape Architect level, and a strong portfolio of public domain and urban design work
• Registered or eligible for registration (AILA or equivalent)
• Proven ability to lead and run multiple projects at once, from concept through to construction documentation
• Strong Revit skills, this is a core part of how we document and coordinate with consultants
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modelling/visualisation software – Enscape, Rhino.
• Confident communicator, comfortable leading client conversations and consultant coordination
• A creative mindset with a genuine interest in design that responds to place, culture and environment
