What you'll be doing:Building seasonal merchandise plans - sales, margin, stock forecastsManaging open-to-buy and flagging risks before they become expensiveTurning sell-through and markdown data into clear recommendations for leadershipPartnering with Buying, Production and Wholesale on range planning and delivery phasingLevelling up our forecasting processes as we scale internationally
What you'll bring:4-6 years' experience in fashion/apparel planningStrong grip on OTB, sell-through, stock-to-sales and markdown fundamentalsAdvanced Excel/Sheets skills (Style Arcade experience a bonus)A confident communicator who can influence across teamsA proactive, problem-solving mindset
