Processing Supervisor

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to lead our prawn processing team at our Proserpine facility. This is a critical leadership role with significant autonomy, responsible for driving safe, efficient operations while developing a high-performing team culture.

You will oversee day-to-day site performance across safety, quality, production and people outcomes, champion continuous improvement, and play a key role in building workforce capability. This role offers a genuine pathway to broader operational management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop processing operators and team leaders to achieve production targets.Oversee two production sites, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Coach and train team members to build capability and high performance.Troubleshoot issues and maintain efficient workflow.

About You

3+ years supervisory experience in FMCG manufacturing or similar environment.Strong understanding of safety, quality and production performance drivers.Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop teams.Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, adaptable and results-focused.Forklift licence (desirable).
