Site Foreman

We are currently seeking a Site Foreman to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries to ensure works are completed in accordance with the construction program.

• Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, OHS Manager and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.

• Take a hands-on approach to site supervision, including the management and supervision of direct labour.

• Monitor and maintain all WHS policies, procedures and site requirements.

• Complete, maintain and manage all required site-based documentation, records and reporting.

• Monitor construction progress, identify potential delays and implement solutions to maintain project timeframes.

• Ensure construction activities are undertaken in accordance with approved plans, specifications, relevant codes and standards.

Skills & Experience:

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial construction.

• A relevant trade qualification and current Supervisor Licence.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades.

• Strong knowledge of WHS requirements, policies and procedures.

• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, organise trades and maintain project timeframes.

• High level of computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and use internal systems.

Desirable skills include:

• Previous experience using construction management software systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.

• Experience working on projects operating under the FSC WHS framework.
