Due to continued growth, Harcourts Cranbourne is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Property Manager to join our award-winning, high-performing Property Management team.

About the Role

This isn’t a role where you’ll be left to figure everything out on your own. You’ll be joining a well-structured and highly supported Property Management department, working alongside experienced Property Managers, dedicated administration support and an experienced Department Manager. As our Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day management of our portfolio while continuing to develop your skills and knowledge across all areas of Property Management. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting Property Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfolios
• Routine inspections and property reports
• Open for inspections
• Renter and Rental Provider communication
• Maintenance coordination and follow-up
• General Property Management administration
• Providing exceptional service to our clients and renters

Most importantly, you’ll have an experienced team around you to provide support, guidance and training.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with people.Ideally, you will have:

• Previous real estate or Property Management experience
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A professional and positive attitude
• Initiative and a solutions-focused mindset
• A willingness to learn and develop
• A genuine team-first attitude

Pay: $53,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
