What we can offer you
The Role
As an AOD Therapeutic Case Manager, you will champion a client-centred approach to recovery by crafting and delivering tailored case management strategies. With deep clinical insight and therapeutic expertise, you will empower individuals to actively engage in their journey toward wellbeing.
This role will provide guidance and support for case management to the Client Outcome Facilitators within the team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
This is a Permanent Full-time (38 hours per week) role based in Townsville.
