Key responsibilities

You will be involved in a variety of tasks including:

• Concrete placement, finishing, and curing
• Setting up and stripping formwork for pits, structures, kerbs, and other concrete works 
• Installing reinforcement steel, mesh and other materials 
• Pouring and finishing concrete pits, lintels, kerbs and structures
• Checking levels, falls, dimensions, and finished surfaces to meet project requirements
• Operating tools and equipment associated with concreting
• Supporting general site preparation and clean-up
• Maintaining strict adherence to site safety standards

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

• 3+ years experience working in concreting or civil construction 
• Strong understanding of site preparation, levels and set out
• Experience undertaking a range of concreting works, including forming, pouring and placing concrete lintels; installing reinforcement steel and pouring concrete pits and structures
• Ability to work with a team and independently
• A valid Construction White Card
• Ability to travel to the Yard (Narellan) or site 
• Working safely and complying with all site safety standards
• Working rights in Australia
