Centre Administrator

Bring your admin expertise to SDN Kingsford, working closely with the Centre Director and becoming the welcoming face for children, families and visitors. About The Role Join SDN Kingsford as an organised and approachable Centre Administrator on a 12-month contract, working 19.5 hours across three days per week, with flexibility to support your lifestyle and commitments.   This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll work closely with the Centre Director and wider team, helping keep the centre running smoothly while being a welcoming first point of contact for children and families.   This will include: Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with children, families and staff Manage enrolments, family accounts, invoicing, records and reporting Coordinate enquiries, centre tours and onboarding for new families Maintain accurate databases, documentation and administrative systems Support centre operations through resource coordination, communications and administrative assistance Working collaboratively with our Family Enquiry Team to support families from enquiry through to enrolment   About You: Previous administration experience, desirably in childcare or community setting Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a relationship-focused approach High attention to detail, accuracy and confidence working with data, records and financial processes Proficient computer skills, with experience using childcare management systems and knowledge of CCS highly regarded A current NSW Working with Children Check   What is on offer: Above award pay and conditions (plus WRP) Discounted childcare fees & priority placement for your children Rostered day off per month (full-time staff) Generous leave entitlements, including 12 days personal/carer’s leave Professional training and development to support you to continue to learn and grow Employee Assistance Program   Other benefits can be seen here: Why work for SDN?   What is it like to work with us?
