Are you passionate about working outdoors, creating beautiful gardens, and delivering top-quality service?

Our gardening business is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated Gardener to join our friendly local team!

🌱 About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for a variety of garden and landscaping tasks, including:

• Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming

• Garden clean-ups and maintenance

• Hedge trimming and pruning

• Topiary and garden detailing

• Weed control

• Gutter cleaning

• Mulching, planting, and turf installation

• Soft landscaping and minor hardscaping projects

You’ll service residential and commercial clients across the Gold Coast, providing a high standard of workmanship.

🧰 What We’re Looking For:

• We are looking for a specific type of person. You might not have much experience, but you are keen to learn, work hard and show what you're capable of

• Strong work ethic with commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards

• Someone who likes working outside, even in the rain

• Physically fit and energetic; can lift and carry to meet job requirements

• You are punctual and reliable

• Able to work unsupervised when required and able to take initiative

• A driven individual who’s looking for genuine career progression, not just a job to coast through

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Current manual driver’s licence
