About the role
An Office Administrator role supporting management in day-to-day operations of a caravan park with 250+ tenants. You will assist with administrative duties, compliance, coordination of meetings and dispute resolution, and maintenance of systems and leasing arrangements.
Key responsibilities
Support management team in day-to-day operations
Maintain compliance with local and state legislation
Deal with the complexities of 250+ tenants on site
Assist with the coordination of meetings and dispute resolution
Coordinate with the ownership group and their legal representatives
Complete the preparation of reports and presentations
Maintain maintenance systems and leasing arrangements
Maintain maintenance schedules weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly
About you
Previous administration experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to deal with difficult clients in a calm understanding manner
Previous experience with RMS preferable but not essential
Benefits

Flexible working hours, 9.30am – 2.30pm, Monday to Friday
