About the role

Join the Autopact Business Development Centre as a Call Centre Operator in a professional, phone-based role where your customer service expertise shines – without the long hours or physical demands of the dealership floor. Working in a dynamic team environment based at the Queensland Call Centre in Nambour, you will service both inbound and outbound calls in a full-time capacity.

The Opportunity: 

• Proactively contacting customers when their vehicles are due for service

• Answering inbound calls with a strong focus on customer service

• Responding to marketing & electronically generated enquiries

• Maintaining current and accurate customer information

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers

• Administrative support including data administration & management

Our ideal candidate will possess the following: 

• A strong customer service and/or call centre background is essential

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor will be highly regarded

• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships

• Self-motivated to meet and exceed targets

• Ability to actively engage customers over the phone

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Enthusiastic and adaptive team player

• Phone sales experience preferred but not essential
