Location: Shepparton 

Employment Type: Full-time  

Fixed Term: 17 August 2026 to 17 August 2027. There is the possibility for extension of this contract 

Award: The role is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 4, 

Starting Salary: $92,279 per year plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits. 

As a Local Area Coordinator, you will: 

• Work alongside people with disability, their families, and carers to support them in achieving their goals and aspirations. 
• Help participants exercise choice and control over the services they receive. 
• Collaborate with local organisations, community groups, and the NDIA to strengthen inclusion and build community capacity. 
• Support mainstream services to be more accessible and inclusive of people with disability.

About You
