SEEKING PIANO AND DRUM TUTORS - SYDNEY, NSW

Sydney School of Sound is a music school that offers tuition for individuals and schools in NSW. Due to increasing demand from parents within schools, we are looking for piano and drum tutors.
Job type: Contract roleHours of Work: Teaching load determined by student enrolments and tutor availabilityLocation: In person - Barden Ridge in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney. Potential for expansion to Hurstville area.Must have reliable transportation
Key responsibilities:Tutoring weekly one-to-one or semi-private lessons to students from Primary to High School (K-12)Before- and after-school teaching available, depending on student and tutor availability. Potential for tutoring during school hoursTutoring mixed-ability students. We strive to provide students of all learning needs with a creative and fun musical experience
Requirements:Hold or be currently completing a relevant bachelor's degree (e.g. B/Music or Education), OR demonstrate equivalent professional experience/qualifications (e.g. AMEB, Trinity, or industry performance experience)Ability to read and write music notationAbility and willingness to teach students of all ages
