Senior Contracts Administrator (multiple roles)

In this role, you'll:

Lead and support end-to-end contract administration activities, partnering with internal teams and suppliers to ensure strong performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across infrastructure projects. With a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities, you will provide expert commercial advice and help optimise contractors/supplier relationships and outcomes.

 More specifically you will:

•   Provide expert support in contract administration and management, including variations and documentation

•   Develop and implement contract management processes on assigned projects to improve compliance and value for money

•   Deliver timely advice, reporting and insights on contract performance, risks and trends

•   Contribute to tenders, procurements, evaluations and supplier negotiations

•   Monitor contract performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

•   Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and embed best practice

•   Support efficient, cost-effective and safe service delivery through effective contract oversight

Place of work: Hybrid working as per policy, hub: mainly 4 parramatta Square with attendance to assigned projects (when reasonably needed)

About you

You are an experienced contracts professional with a strong background in infrastructure or complex project environments. You bring a commercial mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. You are comfortable working autonomously while contributing to team and organisational outcomes, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
 

To succeed in this role, you will have:

•   Proven experience in end-to-end contract administration within infrastructure or large-scale projects

•   The ability to run assigned project/s independently with guidance from reporting manager.

•   Strong understanding of contract (construction and services contracts), related procurement and risk management principles

•   Experience analysing performance data and providing clear, actionable insights

•   Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

•   Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes

•   Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information clearly

•   Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience
