Join our dedicated Roberts Ward Team, specialising in Major Orthopaedics. This role is ideal for experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each individual patient.

You will work alongside skilled and supportive healthcare professionals in an environment that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and ongoing development. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your nursing career while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring excellent clinical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You will also be a proactive, team-oriented individual.

Your Skills and Experience

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered.
• Minimum 12 months post-graduate experience; surgical or orthopaedic experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster.
