Following extensive consultation and careful review, the No to Violence (NTV) Board has made the decision to establish Men's Family Violence Services Australia (MFVSA) as a fully independent organisation dedicated to delivering specialist services that work directly with men to end their use of family violence.
MFVSA aims become Australia's leading specialist service delivery organisation focused on multi-session and place-based interventions for men who use family violence. MFVSA is positioned to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed services that support safer outcomes for victim survivors, families and communities.

Recruitment Opportunities
Recruitment for an independent Board Chair and Chief Executive Officer is currently underway, with additional leadership and operational roles to be advertised in the coming weeks. Independent operations are expected to commence on or around 1 October 2026, subject to funding body approvals. About the role
Role Type: Permanent, Part-time (0.8 FTE)
Classification: SCHADS Level 6.3
Location: Hybrid or remote

The Manager, People and Culture is a stand-alone role responsible for leading MFVSA’s people, culture, wellbeing and human resources functions. Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services, the role will provide trusted advice to leaders and staff, support workforce planning, strengthen employee engagement and embed contemporary HR systems, policies and practices.
This role will suit a strategic, people-focused HR professional who can work autonomously, manage sensitive matters with sound judgement and help build an inclusive, respectful and high-performing workplace culture. You will play a key role in supporting organisational capability, diversity, equity and inclusion, occupational health and safety, return to work processes, and continuous improvement across MFVSA’s employee lifecycle.
About you
You will be an experienced People and Culture professional with strong interpersonal skills, high integrity and the ability to build trust across all levels of an organisation. You will bring sound knowledge of employee and industrial relations, HR compliance, workforce planning, wellbeing, OHS and inclusive workplace practices.
