Data, Automation and Systems Lead

Andi-Co Australia is a family-owned importer and distributer of premium European and soon to be US appliances for household and professional applications across Australia, since 1982.

Providing Australia with Falcon and AGA range cookers from the UK, custom-made La Cornue range cookers from France and Liebherr refrigeration (residential and professional) from Germany, we provide top of the range appliances and service to our customers.  And have new brands from Europe and the US launching soon.

To support our continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Data, Automation and Systems Lead to join our passionate and dynamic team. 

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity, and one that will be integral to the ongoing development of the company. In this role, you'll own the full data and systems lifecycle across the business. That means leading analytics and reporting, administering our B2B portal and Pronto Xi ERP, building automation workflows, and championing AI adoption where it creates genuine value. You'll work closely with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT — translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape how we operate.

This is a role for someone who can think strategically and build things themselves — equally comfortable in a boardroom conversation about data governance and writing a 4GL script to automate an invoicing process.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Build and maintain automated reporting systems, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis that drive operational decisions
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders

B2B Portal Administration

• End-to-end portal administration — content, pricing, user accounts, and QA across critical customer paths
• Support retail stores with order processing and system troubleshooting

ERP Administration (Pronto Xi)

• Lead Pronto Xi process improvements — scripting, bulk upload tools, alerts, and EDI integrations
• Manage user profiles, system upgrades, and coach users on best-practice ERP usage

AI & Automation

• Champion AI adoption and design automated workflows (Python, Power Automate) that eliminate manual overhead
• Deliver AI-assisted Finance and ERP initiatives with appropriate governance, logging, and monitoring built in

What we’re Looking For:

• Experience with Pronto Xi ERP and Cognos is a priority
• Proven experience in a data, systems, or automation lead role
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Power Query
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar)
• Python or scripting experience for automation workflows
• Excellent communication skills — you can present technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Commercially astute; exposure to retail and/or supply chain is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
