SAP IBP IO Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced SAP IBP IO Specialist to lead the Implementation and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in supply chain planning processes and SAP IBP modules, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SAP IBP solution architecture and design across demand planning, Response and Supply and inventory optimization.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into SAP IBP capabilities.Define and document solution architecture, integration points, and data flows between SAP IBP and other systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4HANA, APO, external data sources).Provide guidance on best practices, configuration, and customization of SAP IBP modules.Oversee implementation, testing, and deployment of SAP IBP solutions.Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance.Mentor and support functional consultants and developers during project execution.Stay updated on SAP IBP product roadmap and innovations, and recommend adoption strategies.
Required Qualifications:15+ years of experience in SAP supply chain solutions, with at least 10 years in SAP IBP.Proven experience in architecting and implementing SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning , Response & Supply and Inventory Optimization.Preferred good exposure to Inventory Optimization and Supply Planning modules of IBP.Strong understanding of supply chain processes and planning methodologies.Experience with integration tools and technologies (RTI , SDI ,CPI-DS etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.SAP IBP certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and SAP APO.
