Key Account Manager

At RMS, our APAC customer base spans thousands of properties across the region, and the commercial opportunity within it is significant. You will work across a portfolio of valued accounts, driving expansion and securing renewals at scale, with the backing of a strong Customer Success team and the autonomy to help shape how this function grows.

What you'll be doing

• Identify, qualify, and convert expansion opportunities across the APAC customer base, working alongside Customer Success Managers who already hold strong relationships with the accounts you will be growing.
• Own and manage a structured book of renewals across key APAC accounts, running structured renewal processes and negotiating multi-year agreements.
• Build and maintain a healthy, well-documented expansion pipeline with clear forward visibility by account, vertical, and product.
• Work with Marketing and leadership to test outreach plays, value propositions, and campaign triggers, sharing what lands in market and what does not, in real time.
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, building multi-threaded relationships across operational, IT, finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Act as a structured feedback channel from the APAC market to Product, surfacing the features and capabilities most likely to unlock expansion and improve renewal outcomes.
• Maintain rigorous CRM discipline in HubSpot, keeping pipeline, renewal timelines, and risk flags accurate and current at all times.
• Contribute to building the playbooks, cadences, and approaches that will define how RMS grows commercially within its existing base.
  
  

What you'll bring

• Demonstrated experience in a commercial account management or renewals role, ideally within SaaS or technology.
• A track record of owning and growing a portfolio of accounts with measurable outcomes against GRR, NRR, expansion ARR, or equivalent targets.
• Experience identifying and converting expansion or upsell opportunities within an existing customer base, not just managing what is already in front of you.
• Comfort engaging across a range of stakeholder levels, from operational contacts through to property group executives, and adapting your approach accordingly.
• An entrepreneurial, test-and-learn mindset. You do not need a fully formed playbook to get started and you are comfortable building as you go.
• Strong CRM discipline. You keep your pipeline honest, your data clean, and your forecasts accurate.
• Experience working across APAC markets and an understanding of regional business culture.
