Full Stack Developer

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, and Next.js.
  
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  
• Develop and optimise server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions using Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or C# (.NET Core).
  
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or third-party services to enhance application functionality and performance.
  
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
  
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI to ensure seamless deployments.
  
• Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and reliability, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring uptime.
  
• Leverage cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and manage distributed solutions.
  
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and code reviews.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve development processes.
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates with a combination of the following:   

• 3–7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end web applications.
  
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or C#).
  
• Experience with database management, including SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and API integration using tools like Postman or Swagger.
  
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
  
• Experience with microservices architecture and building scalable, cloud-native applications.
  
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like Next.js, Nuxt.js, or Svelte.
  
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  
• Proven experience leading projects from conceptualization to deployment or mentoring junior developers.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
