Ausfield Services – Townsville

Ausfield Services (Townsville) are seeking Vegetation Management Officers to join our Environmental Team, supporting mining and regional vegetation management projects. These positions are immeditate start.

Candidates that hold all of the following items accreditations will be looked upon favorablly:

• a current (not suspended) drivers license

• a current S11

• a current Coal Board Medical

• a current Glencore Generic Induction; and

• a current AC/DC license

This role is based in Townsville and operates on a rotational roster, with work undertaken across a range of mining and regional sites.

You will work as part of a high-performing team delivering vegetation, land, and waterway management services to local government, industry, and mine sites. This role involves working away from home on a roster system, with project locations including Glencore Newlands mine site, Collinsville, Charters Towers, Cloncurry, Bowen, and surrounding areas.

• Coordinating and supporting vegetation management works across mining and regional sites

• Engaging professionally with clients, site representatives, and internal stakeholders

• Ensuring works align with safety, environmental, and compliance requirements
